My first encounter should have been in the fifth grade of elementary school, and I think it was Star Trek: Voyager. To be honest, it really amazed me.
Whether it was the character development, the special effects, or the attention to detail, I would say it was flawless. As for which character I like the most, I can only say: "Captain Janeway"! The show portrays her from multiple angles; although she is the captain, she has real emotions just like most of the crew on the ship. (Mainly because Kate played her so well, haha.) I think another feature is that the material was chosen very well, mainly telling the story of Voyager accidentally entering an unexplored new quadrant during a mission, going through hardships, and finally returning to Earth. In this show, not only does it showcase the beauty of humanity and its weaknesses, but it also presents many issues that arise in society very well. I remember one episode where another Starfleet ship, "Equinox," encounters Voyager in this strange quadrant, and the measures taken by Equinox involve sacrificing others' interests to return to Earth. This brings up moral choices, but Captain Janeway and Equinox are not on the same path; Captain Janeway will not sacrifice others' interests for her own gain. In the end, when the captain of Equinox hands over his excellent crew to Captain Janeway, she does not turn them away but welcomes them friendly.
The perseverance and courage to move forward in the face of difficulties depicted in Star Trek is commendable.
In the fictional universe of Star Trek, the United Federation of Planets unites hundreds of species in peaceful coexistence; this is similar to our current United Nations, although the UN has not yet achieved that effect. I firmly believe that as long as all of humanity works together, we can make our Earth a better place.
If you ask me which Star Trek series I like the most, I can only say that I am satisfied with every single one.
Since then, I have gradually watched the entire Star Trek series, including the latest one, Prodigy.
Of course, if someone wants to get into it now, many people might find the Original Series not appealing, so you can start with Prodigy.
If you ask me whether the current Star Trek has met all my expectations, I can only say: "No, it's not enough; I need more!"
I hope more people will like Star Trek because it has united all of us Star Trek fans; it allows us to enter the Star Trek universe and boldly go where no one has gone before!
space, the final frontier, These are the voyages of the starship ENTERPRISE, her continuing mission, to seek out new worlds and new civilizations, to boldly go where no one has gone, before.....
Although this article only expresses a little, the feelings I want to convey are much more than this; the impact Star Trek has brought me is definitely more than this.
live long and prosper.
