File Management#
Here are a few suggestions
1. Make good use of the several folders automatically created by the Windows system.#
Windows automatically creates these folders, so just use them directly. For example, how to use the "Downloads" folder: content from the internet goes directly to the "Downloads" folder as a temporary storage location, regularly (I process it once a week) handle the contents of this folder, delete, move, archive.
2. Naming of folders and files#
A well-organized room gives a relaxed and comfortable feeling, and the same goes for your files. So folders and files should be well-named; properly coded folders will not have issues.

For files, I don’t need that many dimensions for now, so my naming method is time-title-author. For example, when storing this article locally, I would write 20220215 - How to Build a Comfortable Computer - Dongdong.
3. Create a text document Readme.txt when establishing a folder#
Sometimes I forget what the folder is for or what the files inside are. For example, if I tested experimental data and don’t use it for a long time, I might forget which sample it is. Therefore, create a text document in the folder specifically to explain.
